I arrived here at my Foster home 3 weeks ago and quickly bonded with my foster Mum. The dad or oldest kid is the next best thing if Mum isn’t home. I like to sleep in your bed and especially under the covers. I hope it’s ok if I snore! I arrived house trained and last week I started to lead Mum to the back door and cry when I was ready to go out so she could stop guessing! I do well on a leash and enjoy short walks but I’m also happy being lazy around the house. When I go outside I often do my business and come right back in, especially on the colder days. You might need to get me a sweater for winter! I don’t like to be approached from behind so please greet me face to face. The best way to earn my trust is to lie on the ground at my level! I’m quiet for the most part but I will bark and growl to protect Mum when people come over to the house! The kids here are ok but I get really nervous if they’re loud or chasing each other around the house. It’s taken me a few weeks to get used to the 3 year old but I did let him pet me this weekend so I’m coming around to the little one too. I would do best in a house with older kids or no kids. If Mum is cooking I like to guard the kitchen, I want to be the first to swipe any scraps that might fall. Sometimes I chase balls and roll them around with my teeny paws like a cat. I get really excited to see you every time you come home from being away! You’ll know I’m excited by my tail wagging like crazy and my dancing feet! Mum even gets kisses from me!
