Training * house trained/kennel-crate More about me... Meet Trouble! Don’t let his name fool you—this boy is not trouble at all. In fact, your biggest trouble will be trying not to fall completely head over heels for him! Trouble is a lovable, goofy, affectionate guy who has so much love and personality to give. Trouble is an energetic, active boy who would absolutely thrive with a family that enjoys hiking, camping, exploring and keeping a dog busy. He LOVES playing ball and toys, is very treat motivated, knows sit, down and shake, and has an excellent off-leash recall. He is crate trained and genuinely enjoys having his crate as his own space. He is wonderful with kids, especially the boys in his foster home, although he can be a little unaware of just how big and enthusiastic he is. He is affectionate, playful and loves being part of the family. Trouble has also shown that he can live successfully with other dogs, but he needs to be matched with a confident, non-reactive dog who is comfortable with an energetic and sometimes intense play style. A calm, secure canine companion who will communicate appropriately with him and isn't easily unsettled by his enthusiasm would be the best fit. Slow, thoughtful introductions and continued supervision will be important when introducing him to another dog. He can be unsure around cats at first, but he has made great progress with them and is learning how to appropriately interact with them. Trouble is the kind of dog who is going to become someone's absolute best friend. He has so much potential and so much love to give, and the family who gives him that chance is going to be incredibly lucky to have him. ❤️ Trouble isn't looking for just any home—he's looking for his people.
